THE JRZY RENAISSANCE IS HERE AND IT IS ABOUT SUZY! From that first scene the push-and-pull of their dynamic is so clear; they're doing romance like chess or actually poker... And yet there's this wonderful undercurrent of Suzy's emotions that she can't actually hide. I LOVE this mature era of jrzy; this is such a textured portrayal of Suzy?? It's excellent! I was going to quote lines back to you but then I would repost the whole fic and that seems like not a good use of space so I will just say that I have already read this twice and I will read it again and I will love it forever
