you already know that i think you are a genius!! i love the space this covers in so few words, from the subtle dig at jinyoung's acting to suzy's resignation toward the weight of fame and all their shared history. the scene of suzy standing at the door as an observer of jinyoung's life that she's no longer part of is so haunting and beautiful...

also my favorite line: He gave angry but beautiful speeches about the ways the company had failed them from inside the safety of his own apartment, but outside, he seldom said a word. He was angry but deferential, clinging to a belief in the rightness of things, a belief which Suzy already knew would crumble within the decade. >> contrasted with the idea that they are stars, but knowing that this metaphorical fire will burn out within them as they grow in terms of fame. hits all the right notes!!
